Justin Flitter is director, data cruncher and Chief of getting stuff done at FLITTER with 10 years managerial experience in customer service, social media, digital marketing, and business development for the Asia-Pacific.  This includes working with companies in E-commerce, Recruitment, Technology, Tourism, Automotive and Fashion. He even launched his own business incubator at 20, before setting up his own business at 23.

 

An established blogger, speaker and social business strategist - Justin is highly sought after for his expertise . He has appeared for comment on New Zealand's TV3 News as well as One News and Breakfast for TVNZ. His writing has been published in New Zealand Marketing Magazine and The NBR. He has also written content for jobs.co.nz, myob.co.nz,  marketing.org.nz and mentioned in Mashable.

Jen (Corbett) Flitter is a creative strategist and chief of making things look and feel good at FLITTER. After Adschool she spent 4 months as a copywriter at DraftFCB before cutting her teeth as Social Media Specialist at GrabOne. There she helped pioneer a social brand presence while managing a community of over 170,000 fans, and one of New Zealand's top 5 facebook brand pages. 

 

Inspired by the opportunity to manage and produce Social Media for the New Zealand Fashion Festival in 2012 she teamed up with Justin to establish FLITTER.

 

Her talent and skills have led to her being recognised as an up and comer on New Zealand's marketing scene, and was one of six shortlisted for the 2011 Hyperfactory-Handley Scholarship (winner TBA).

She loves photography, new-media, art and design. Enjoys spending time with Poppy the dog , travelling to new places and catching up on all the latest trends and developments in the technology and marketing space and sharing her thoughts and opinions on them.

 

Jen studied Creative Advertising at Auckland's Media Design School and also has a BA in English Literature and Media Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Information with majors in Marketing and Communications Management from Massey University Wellington. He's an avid cricket fan, can literally juggle whatever you throw at him and is currently leading a world-first marine conservation project launching later this year.
